Eine notfallmedizinische Ausrüstung (Notfallkoffer und Defibrillator) ist vorgeschrieben.

Voraussetzung: ausreichende Belastbarkeit der Teilnehmer (1 Watt pro Kilogramm Körpergewicht), Verordnung durch den Arzt und Genehmigung der Krankenkasse. 
Programm: Bewegungs- und Sporttherapie, Erlernen von Entspannungstechniken, Änderung im Ess- und Genussverhalten, psychosoziale Unterstützung
Zeit: Mittwoch, 19 - 20.30 Uhr ganzjährig, Schulturnhalle Geltendorf
