Aufstieg der AK30 in die Landesliga

In einer spannenden und hochklassigen Sommersaison hat die AK30 Tennismannschaft des TTC Geltendorf am letzten Spieltag den ersten Platz in der Bezirksliga belegt und damit den Aufstieg in die Landesliga 2 Südbayern geschafft. Nachdem man im Spitzenspiel gegen Siebentisch Augsburg den Kürzeren gezogen hatte, schien der Aufstieg leider passe. Doch dann ergab sich im letzten Heimspiel gegen SV Unterschneitbach nochmal eine Chance, da Augsburg in einem Auswärtsspiel nicht angetreten ist. Diese Möglichkeit nutzen die Geltendorfer und gewannen 8:1 - der Aufstieg war perfekt! 
Erstmals in ihrer 45-jährigen Geschichte spielt eine Tennismannschaft des TTC Geltendorf in der Landesliga. Ein Erfolg, der hoffentlich Anreiz für die Jugend ist, selbst zum Tennisschläger zu greifen!
